Info meeting for BrykerWoods Elementary Prospective Parents

Mrs. Nancy Hobbs, the principal at Bryker Woods Elementary, invites parents of prospective students of Bryker Woods Elementary for the 2009-2010 school year to attend an information meeting on Friday, February 27th, 9:30 - 10:30 am. The meeting will take place in the cafeteria of Bryker Woods Elementary, located at the corner of 34th Street and Kerbey Lane.

Neighborhood Planning Meeting - February 11th

6:30-9:00pm

LCRA Red Bud Facility (the new facility across the street from the main building complex)
3601 Lake Austin Blvd.

Agenda: The goal of this workshop is to resolve and complete the land use decisions for the 38th  & Lamar Area.  More specifically, staff will facilitate:

• Resolution on the future land use of the Randalls and Medicine Shoppe properties at the 35th/38thStreet cutoff
• Resoultion on the future land uses of the properties between W 32nd and W31st Streets including information about existing conditional overlays
• Discussions and decisions of the future land uses on 34th Street between Lamar Blvd and Shoal Creek 

Other things to be addressed include the request for a new Future Land Use category for VMU properties  and draft plan text.  Land use options for the W34th area have changed slightly.  

To make things clear, the attached document recaptures the options for 31st/32nd Streets and 34th Street in addition to 

revised draft text.
