Volume and Speed Statistics
The city measured traffic volume and traffic speed in May 2007, November 2007, and February 2008. Each location was measured on a Wednesday over a twenty-four hour period.

Accident Reports
The city tabulated all accidents reported in the project area in the last five years. Note this only includes accidents that were reported to the police, so the actual accident count is undoubtedly higher.
